I have a program where I will list your home for only 4% and you will only have to pay 3% to any real estate agent who brings a contract as long as you use me as your real estate agent to purchase your new home. If you are moving out of state or if you are purchasing a home and would prefer to keep your costs down, I offer a "flat fee" option where you will pay an up front fee to market your home and then you will only have to pay the agent who brings a contract a 3% commission. Both of these options will save you a lot of money off the normal commissions when you use me as your buyers agent on your new home. My services as your buyers agent are always free as the seller must pay my commission. I also offer traditional listings for residential homes, lots and commercial properties. No matter which listing option you choose you will always receive a full servie listing. I will list your property in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), put your listing on our website and set it up with a virtual tour, put a sign and lockbox on your property, provide The Appointment Center for easy scheduling of showings, advertise your listing in The Real Estate Book, record your own 1-800 extension and I will put your listing on 33 partner websites like Realtor.com, GGAR.com, Zillo and many others.
